Yes, our services are flexible with no setup fees, no penalty fees, and a cancel anytime policy. You will be prorated and refunded for unused hours. We want to give you the confidence and assurance you deserve as our client.

First, our applicants undergo a rigorous three-stage interview and vetting process, testing their skills in their designated field, English proficiency, and professionality. We only select candidates with relevant experience and skills, ensuring high-quality performance. Each VIRI is continuously monitored and supported by our team to maintain excellence. Additionally, each VIRI receives weekly training to further enhance their skills and education.

After the trial period, you had the option to work with your VIRI for a minimum of 20 hours or up to 40 hours per week based on your needs. If you need lesser hours than that, we also have a One Time Prepaid Option**

Non-voice VIRIs handle tasks that do not require speaking directly with your clients/customers, such as data entry, bookkeeping, email management, social media, and research. However, they are available for regular calls/video meetings with you and our team for quality assurance.

Voice VIRIs, on the other hand, are responsible for tasks that involve verbal communication, such as customer support, phone calls, and virtual receptionist duties.
